Cruise Control

Hello Everyone,

I just put together my Tercel and its running great. Some little modifications made. In the process of taking out the instrument cluster out of the dash, I noticed that there is a light for cruise control. It is the most bottom indicator light below the seatbelt warning.

Anyways, curious, did the Tercel (4th generation) come with a cruise control system? Possible to retrofit one in?

I've seen this a few times for Paseo. Here's a helpful link of the cruise control lever on sale

Strangely enough, there used to be an aftermarket cruise available for the 92-95 Paseo, which I have. Custom brackets and wiring. Clean enough install that Toyota techs would look at it and ask me about it.

I wonder if that kit could be installed in a Tercel... :dunno: I am sure the brackets would not be compatible.

I have an extra used kit in my garage that I bought off Madcat on here :twocents::twocents::twocents:
