Replacement Wiper arm?

Both of my windshield wiper arms are rusting out, and the replacement parts are all discontinued. Does anyone know of another vehicle that has the same spline pattern to fit on our cars?

by rusting out do you mean holes and structure is weakend? cuz if its surface rust you could always paint or powder coat.

They're beyond trying to restore, and the local junkyards don't have stuff for the older cars.

Too bad I don't have any idea when I am making another junkyard trip. Those would be cheap...
