5EFE Crankshaft and Engine Questions

Ok, so I have a 1992 Turbo Tercel with megasquirt. I am going to put together a 1st generation 5EFE that I got out of an automatic Paseo.

1.) On a 1st generation 5EFE with a crankshaft stamped 5EFE, are the automatic and manual crankshafts the same?

2.) Can I simply bolt my 3EE flywheel onto the 5EFE automatic crankshaft?

3.) Does anyone know what the compression ratio would be with a .120" thick head gasket on a stock 1st Generation 5EFE engine?
