No issues whatsoever, and I tracked it heavily. Mind you, I wasn't that good back then. My drop was 1.5", so nothing crazy.

I'm not saying it has no effect at all, I'm just saying it's not something I ever felt or noticed, so in my mind it wasn't ever worth the money to change.

this is my problem guys , i have all new struts but once i have someone sit in the back then my rear tires rub ? so that bar should help

No, it doesnt control ride height or spring rates. You'll need stiffer coil springs to fix that issue and that will probably raise thecar back up to normal ride height.
