so, the insurance company didn't even come to look at the car until 4/26. a WHOLE MONTH after the accident. they picked it up from the towyard with their tow truck, and took it away, i haven't heard from them yet as far as a value.

I wonder what the point of THAT was....? It's a freakin'
nearly 20 year old Tercel for God's sake... Do they think it might
be salvageable?

What's the insurance company?

When TERCEL4 got nuked, it seemed like in no time I had a check
from State Farm. Lemmie check my notes and get back to you
on that....

Lawyer up!

I've been in several accidents both with and without legal representation.
I can tell you from experience that with a lawyer, insurance companies
seem to get with the program.

Every time I went without a lawyer, I always managed to get the run around.

Good luck, as I know it's a freaking hassle.:crossfingers:

Hi, and sorry about your cash, what bad luck...

I noticed in your signature that you had ebay coilovers on some gr2's and was wondering

0. How rough was the ride?
1. How long did you have the setup for?
2. How hard did you drive?
3. Did a strut ever blow?
4. What was the spring rates (front and back)?

I'm wondering b/c I got some ebay springs (450 lbs/in) sitting on some koni yellows that are going in this summer after I address some rust issues.

Thanks a lot.
