Has anyone lower a 1st Gen tercel?

Okay so I'm thinking of dropping my Tercel. So I'm figuring on measuring the springs and finding the same size but find stiffer and less height springs.

dose anyone know what other car that would have springs and maybe lower stanced shocks?

rims are coming in doing 14x7in wide 0 offset and want to be fairly close down on them with fender flares.

I haven't seen a lowered one yet but im sure there is one out there. Im considering trying to get bags for my car, it will be pricey but worth it.

Hi I currently own a 90 and an 80 tercel.

Welcome aboard. I know nothing about !st gen Tercels but I would start with an ebay 2.5 inch coil over kit. They fit over pretty much everything.

Though you migh hve to grind down the top of the shock to slip the collar over the top of the shocks.

They come withy very short 6 inch 460 springs which are insane but I run them because they don't let the car lean.

But once you fit the collar then you cn use any 2.5 inch spring you want. I'm going to try 8 inch 450's on mine in a bit.

I wants to go fast but I got's no cash! :)

95-99 Nissan B14 Sentra/200SX/Sunny/Lucino rear springs fit the AL10/12 rear mint.

Or you can use the universal height adjustable springs from eBay.
The rears will sit static on the conical support from the top (do not removed the bump stops that are located on the control arm) the adjusters don't fit.
The fronts you have to disassemble the strut assembly by unscrewing the cartridge nut. Then insert the adjuster. Reassemble, adjust height, and you are golden.
*It will be a bit bouncy with universal springs.
