YES!!! 1996 TERCEL CAN HAVE A CUSTOM STEERING WHEEL
It took about all day a lot of lond distance calls "my job paid for those":P
But the problem has been solved to all the 1996 tercel owners who wanted a custom GT Grant steering wheel our problems have been sovled...
1, get the steering wheel you want..-duh-
2, order part # 7715(
(thats the application kit to mount the streeing wheel and to get rid of the airbag) from MOMO msrp. $69.00
3, order part # 4008
(thats the part that will mount your GT wheel to the MOMO adapter) from GT GRANT. mspr. $25.00
4, hook it all up,
I just ordered my parts they should all arrive in about 2 wks I'll post pics if anyone is interested......

steering wheel
it is easier then most people think. it took me longer figuring out how to hook up the horn the the whole install took put together. I`m happy with
mine. Went with a momo wheel but selling it for a tenzo r steering wheel.
Pearled Out, Wide BOdied, Slammed on 19`s ;)

did a little research an found out tercels years 190-1998 all use the same 7715 part from momo

Ive had a MOMO steering wheels for about 1 year
I did that last year, check my site (copy the link below) for the pics of the MOMO steering wheel installed...also when u do shows like we do...we
have to change the wheel for more points..

I thought it was illegal here in the states to remove the airbag.
1992 Paseo = no airbag from factory :D
