Make a large fortune and then get into auto racing.

Good thread, most of the stuff is "yeah, ok, makes sense, the usual"

the one thing Mul I don't know about.. what is a grey diaphram?!

On a related note.. when my father and brother were in Portugal this summer, they drove around a 1985 1200cc opel kaddett, and with the heat and crappy carb and what not it was pinging a lot so they hooked up the washer bottle pump to do a meth/water injection on cue.

Well mulberry summed it pretty well. NA power is very expensive! The 3ee seems to be the target engine in most cases.

I have the throttle bodies but that project is going nowhere at the moment because the 3ee manifold is so screwed up that it won't work the way I thought it would! (It looked simple in my head):lachen:

Bottom line is that you can spend a ton of dough on a N/A 3ee and if your luck you'll wind up where a stock 4efte is or a 5efhe.

Not saying I'm done with my 3ee/ITB project but yeah....

I wants to go fast but I got's no cash! :)

The gray diaphram is the clutch cover that is equivalent to an ACT Extreme pressure plate.
