If you go ITB with turbo you will need a plenum.

look up tony the tiger on honda tech

here is the thread

http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=1394232

he has a b18c with 50mm jenvey itbs with a plenum running a gt2871r

this car was built purely for torque AND throttle response

this car is the inspiration behind my 20v build

keep in mind this car has either 11:1 or 11.5:1 compression and running that much boost....and yes it can be done, and i plan to implement it on my setup. the high compression is the reason for it's throttle response in addition to the itb's, it feels like it has absolutely no lag at all.

here is a video of it

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGVEhW3cqLw

dyno

this one is at 14lbs...last i spoke to him he was running about 20

i think i'll be restarting the fab of my set-up... for the flange:

cut one 1st gen intake manifold and mill it to just have the flange...

step 2 ... machine 4 runner to match you suzuki GSXR 1000 2000 to 2002

step 3 port and polish the flange to match the 4 runners that you weld to your previous flange

step 4 get 4 hoses to attach the ITB on the flange

step 5 brace the throttle to the flange

step 6 I need to fab up a braket that hold the TPS in the right position

step 7 Built a hihg comp engine with killer cams to handle the revs!
