in europe the.4efe.and.5efe are 45mm i.e ep91 starlet. Ive used the 50mm on fte and acis but never on the rolla manifold. Im makin up reducer to suit and decided to look west for cams as I can get parts shipped to me from toronto and read what sleepyz had said.about the dis.head. do you know the dis.spec?.

Ill be back to pick your brains.when I get laptop going. difficult to speak good grammar on this tablet thing. Off to have some.craic with jdm ep85 pink injector Imbettin she overfuels at idle

in Europe EP91 4efe and 5efe would be considered 2nd gen = 45mm

the 4EFTEs and 5EFHEs are all 50 mm though

i dont know any actual measurements of the DIS cams but they are pretty weak

and keep in mind US DIS cams are different from Japanese/European DIS

JDM/European DIS is more like a distributor head without a distributor

absolutely no similarities between those and our US market DIS heads

No to the dis head. hiw do you guys rate adjustable cam pulleys, is there much scope for improvement with the standard cam timing

just realized this wasn't in here and thought it belongs... (got this from the build in the byp section quoting Mul)

TECHNO’S Cams (famous 363 whp 4th gen)
CAM SPECS @ 50 thou lift actual duration:
Intake 218 degrees 8.55mm lift
Exhaust 225 degrees 8.89mm lift
Clearances:
IN 6 to 8 thou
EX 8 to 10 thou

I sent a scooter cam to webcams and should have it back in a couple of days. They weld/regrind cams to new specs. Send them a set and they'll contact you with a group of profiles they can offer. Prices seem nice too. They're doing mine for 60% of what a 'new' cam sells for with a much calmer profile.

Yup, a cammed up 49cc.
