trying to figure out that b16 headers on the 5e/4e flange, i compared them from the comp, but looks like on the 5e/4e flange, the 2 and 3 holes are a bit far apart, while the honda is more in together, still possible? i would like to know my self on that, if it can ill do it to try

ToyTuning on TGTT, SPS on TGTT and Silkroad all make a CT9 manifold

As for no longer continued units - JAM Racing made an uprated Cast manifold (there's one for sale on TGTT) - extremely rare, and indestructible. Blitz made manifolds for the K24/26 and an uprated cast unit for the Blitz K1. JAM Racing also used to make a stainless system apparently, long extinct. Then there's the Cruise TD05 kit (still available), and HRF made a similar design for their TD05 series...probably more that I'm forgetting!

You missed one. Do a search on this site for pics from trdtercel92. He modified a stock exhaust manifold which is another heavily used mod in the Caribbean and also down here. The guys in Jamaica have also modified an eBay D15 Honda stainless steel manifold to fit the 4E/5E. It has been done and it is not difficult.
